As you know after eleven years we moved from a home on the east side of the lake to Denver on the west side. When that house was built we had a sound system installed that included speakers in all the lower rooms of the house and a surround sound setup in our great room. The only problem was that it was so complicated that we rarely used it, and when we planned a party or get together with friends, it took major preparation to get the system to the point that we could have music in the rooms. We could never get the surround sound to work properly, except at Christmas, when our oldest son, a computer wiz, came home for the holidays. As soon as he left however our surround sound lay dormant for another year.

Just after closing on this house, one of our new neighbors suggested that we contact you as they just had your company in to add some speakers in their home and they were extremely happy with your work and professionalism. We had been discussing the possibility of adding some very rudimentary type of sound system and in fact had interviewed two other companies, both of which left us with too many unanswered questions and very high estimates, especially for the simple easy to use system we were looking for. In addition, both were very slow in response to our initial contacts and were even slower getting back to us with estimates

We then contacted you. I called you and we made arrangements to see you the very next evening. You arrived on time and fully prepared to review our needs. We explained our lack of expertise in all things electronic and told you therefore that we needed a very simple system. After listening to us you gave us a brief outline of what you would recommend, basically a very sophisticated sound system but with simple operating procedures, controlled by easy to use touch pads. In addition we had the flexibility to add new equipment to the system as needed.

All in all contracting with you to supply our sound system needs was one of the most pleasurable experiences in purchasing this house. Not only was your workmanship superb, with no installation mess whatsoever, but your follow up continues to be fantastic and best of all we have a system that we can operate!
