My wife and I had Corey Shutter install a sound system into the log home we were having built on Lake Norman. I was apprehensive at first for two reasons. First, I wasn’t sure I “needed” a complete audio system, and second, I was concerned about price. Corey gave me an estimate and I immediately began to shop it around. Not only was Corey very competitive, but once I gave him the job he came in to the penny on budget. I wish I could say that about all the contractors that were hired during the building process.
As far as “needing” an audio system is concerned, that’s a matter of taste. I can tell you that in my case it is the best money I spent anywhere within my new home. The quality of sound and the unlimited choices makes entertaining, working or just relaxing very special. I can’t count the number of compliments I have received from my friends.
I also like the way Corey determined my wants and needs and guided me through the process. Since this house was going to serve as a second home, most of our conversations were through telephone calls and e-mails. Even so, he was able to tell my personal preferences and built a system that gives me internet radio, high definition cable, an ipod-docking station, surround sound, DVD, and FM radio with the ability to control each room and outside entertaining areas independently of one another. Believe me, the technology is over my head but the system is so easy, neither my wife nor I have had any problems. The reason for this is because Corey spent quite a bit of time training us to use the system.
I am very pleased with the service, the system, and the quality of sound. I would highly recommend Corey to anyone who may be contemplating adding a top notch audio system to their home or office.
